Virtual Consultation

Everyone starts somewhere! Book a FREE 30 minute session via video call with me so we can discuss your goals and outline a plan to get you feeling like your best self, inside and out

Drop-In Training Session: Upper Body

60 minutes: $25

Non-membership intermittent training during which I can guide you through the fundamentals of an efficient upper body workout, help you correct your lifting form as needed, and provide general tips for success in muscle building 

Drop-In Training Session: Lower Body

60 minutes: $25

Non-membership intermittent training during which I can guide you through the fundamentals of an efficient lower body workout, help you correct your lifting form as needed, and provide general tips for success in muscle building 

1-on-1 Virtual Training Monthly Membership

This monthly membership includes workout plans and nutrition counseling customized specifically for you! My goal is to meet you where you are (virtually, of course) and guide you toward reaching your goals. Pricing is based at $80/month and may vary based on frequency of virtual meetings. This will include:

  • Personalized programming of workouts based on your goals, equipment access, and availability
  • Unlimited access to my general exercise program in the Trainerize app. 
  • Virtual assessment of lifting technique to assure proper form and injury prevention
  • Weekly video check-ins to maintain motivation and track progress
  • Counseling regarding proper nutrition and supplements (optional)

1-on-1 In-person Training Monthly Membership

60 or 90 minute sessions minutes: $100/month

Limited spots available! I'm looking for a few people located in the Metro Atlanta area who could benefit from hands-on motivation, fitness assessments, and coaching. Pricing depends on frequency and duration of in-person sessions. Contact me for more information and check my scheduling tab for availability. Let's build a stronger community! Nutrition Counseling Only: Single Session

45 minutes: $50

We'll sit down and discuss your current dietary habits, and what specific changes need to be made in order to achieve your individual goals. We'll team up to figure out what will work best for you based on your budget, schedule, and food accessibility

Nutrition Counseling: Accountability Membership

30 minutes: $60/month

This membership features sit-down meetings every two weeks to check in regarding changes made to your diet. We'll review your diet log and check in about potential meal prep options.
